A little extra light, right where your handwork needs it.
Good lighting makes all the difference when working on a treasured piece of needlework, especially when stitching fine details or working with darker fabrics.
The ViviLux UltraLight XL is a lightweight, rechargeable LED craft light designed with makers in mind. Its extra-long flexible arm allows you to position the light precisely where you need it, while the convenient Handi-Clip makes it easy to attach to your stitching hoop or other suitable work surfaces.
Two brightness settings let you choose between bright illumination for detailed stitching and softer light when you need a little less intensity. A simple sliding switch makes it easy to select your preferred setting or turn the light off.
This is a light I use in my own stitching, and I particularly appreciate how easily it clips to my hoop. It’s lightweight, doesn’t require a nearby outlet while in use, and lets me direct the light onto my work without illuminating the entire room.

From the Mercantile
A favorite from my own stitching basket. I use this little light clipped directly to my embroidery hoop, where its flexible arm lets me shine light exactly where I’m stitching. It’s lightweight, rechargeable, and wonderfully convenient for those evenings when the needlework isn’t quite ready to be put away.
