We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, materials, and other information for the products offered in our shop.

Because many Heritage Cabin Co. goods are handmade, made in small batches, or available in limited quantities, products may sell out or become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or make reasonable changes to our product offerings at any time.

Handmade Goods & Natural Variations

One of the things we love most about handmade goods is that no two pieces are ever quite the same.

Product photographs are intended to represent the overall design, style, materials, and character of the item you’ll receive. Because handmade pieces are individually created, your item may vary slightly from the one pictured.

Small differences may include variations in color, stitching, texture, size, shape, hardware placement, or other handcrafted details. Fabrics and patterned materials may also be cut from different portions of the same print, so pattern or motif placement may vary from piece to piece.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the screen or device used to view our shop.

These natural variations are part of the character of handmade goods and are not considered defects, provided the item otherwise materially matches its product description and is free from defects in workmanship or materials.

While the little details may vary, the same care goes into every piece.

Product Information & Measurements

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and measurements are accurate.

Because many items are handmade, measurements may vary slightly unless a specific tolerance or exact measurement is expressly stated in the product description.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment issues, or an inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Order cancellations requested by customers are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Goods

Custom and made-to-order goods are created based on the selections and information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing personalization, measurements, colors, names, spelling, and other requested details before submitting your order.

Changes may not be possible once work has begun or materials have been cut, personalized, assembled, or otherwise committed to your order.

Return, refund, and cancellation eligibility for custom and made-to-order goods is explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping

Heritage Cabin Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Processing times, shipping rates, tracking information, free-shipping eligibility, missing or damaged packages, address issues, and returned-to-sender packages are addressed in our separate Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, final-sale items, and non-returnable goods are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Heritage Cabin Co. name, branding, logos, product photography, original artwork, graphics, written content, product descriptions, designs, and other original content appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to Heritage Cabin Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
