Processing & Shipping Times

In-stock items are prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order items typically require 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Please note that processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both processing and transit time when available.

Heritage Cabin Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

We like to keep shipping simple.

U.S. orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

U.S. orders of $75 or more ship FREE.

The $75 free-shipping minimum is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Occasionally, an oversized or unusually heavy item may require additional shipping. If so, any additional shipping information will be clearly noted in the product description before you purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package seems to have wandered off the trail, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first. Carriers can often locate a delayed or misplaced package and get it headed in the right direction again.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Heritage Cabin Co. cannot control delays, routing errors, misdelivery, theft, or loss that may occur while the package is in transit.

If your package is confirmed lost, please contact us at angel@heritagecabinco.com with your order number. We’ll work with you and the carrier to determine the appropriate next steps and assist with an eligible carrier claim when applicable.

Refunds or replacements for lost or missing packages will be handled based on the circumstances of the shipment, available carrier coverage, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
